THE HOUSEBOAT CENTRE is pleased to present this maggnificent former Heavy-weather Steel Pilot vessel in excellent conditionSteel hull recently epoxied, decks & suoperstructure re-painted.Hull is 9mm steel and deckhouse 5mm galvanised.. 14.7 caterpillar turbo diesel straight six with less than 6,700 hours.Left pilot service in 2001 when it was last surveyed. hull thickness 9mm(fowarded strengthened half) @ 7 mm (partly down to 6mm)then re-fitted as comfortable lon-rang eocaen-going live-aboard cruiser. SDhe can deploy towed stabilisers & has a rear-deck mounted crane for inflatable tender with Honda 4-stroke outboard. Sleeps 8 in 3 cabins. 4 generous single berths in forward cabin. Permanent double with full sprung mattress in Master cabin and a double in the wheelhouse. Shower loo and twin burner hob with oven and a microwave.240 v mains connection with TV digital top box, stereo, video & new fridge. Honda generator provides 240v mains when not connected to shorepower.
.24 volt dc throughout with battery bank and Lister generator.
Oil fired central heating with radiators. plus two 2kw electric heaters.
Propane hot water sytem. Lavac marine toilet plus black and grey water tanks. Hydraulic wheel steering is s abck-up to toggle electric steering.. Hydraulic anchor windlass with danforth and fisherman anchors. Ready for the sea, but stored ashore for buyers' (Your ?) inspection and survey. Avery sturdy seagoing vessel suitable for long passage making or simply living aboard. Owner is giving up boating , so she comes complete, ready for you to move in with a toothbrush.
