I have lived and continue to live in the boat and all the services work (gas, water, heating etc), but it is in need of a redecoration. I was in the process of doing this but now need to sell. This is the reason for a price reduction. I'm will to negotiate a little to speed up the sale.
50ft x 12ft continental wide beam boat. I have owned the boat since 2000 and lived aboard with wife and 2 kids since 2012 . The wheelhouse is fully collapsible in less than 4mins. It's fully kitted out for full time livaboard, with 24v firdge, Morco instant gas heater and Herald stove with back boiler

Recommendation was for 2 more anodes which were fitted.
There had been no loss of thickness since the last survey 24/02/2009 by Colin Mallard South (M.I.I.M.S).
Wheel house Head room 190cm / 6'3"
The wheel house is fully collapsible in less than 4mins. The roof comes off in 2 sections. Feasibly done single handily, but advisable to be a 2 person job. The DAF 575 was installed as a reconditioned engine in 2009. It has been regularly serviced and comes with the workshop manual, spare belts, filters and oil. There is good 360deg access all around the engine
2009 she was survey for our purchase
2010 she was needle gunned
2012 she was totally grit blasted and the hull was painted in 2 part epoxy.
2015 she was surveyed and the hull was re painted. There was no degradation in the hull steel thickness
2017 the superstructure was re-painted with Jotun Pilot 2
2018 New internal prop shaft fitted
Aft cabin : Head room 160cm / 5'3"
2.77m x 1.38m. 2nr berths (at a squeeze).
This was used as the kids bedroom for the last 2 years, but it has been completely cleared. Could be used as a bedroom or study. It is a GRP extension on the boat as it was originally an open back deck but we closed it in with marine ply and GRP.
Forward cabin: Head room 177cm / 5'9"
: 2nr berths. This is the main bedroom. It is a double bed raised to allow storage underneath. Comes with the mattress.
The saloon: Head room 180cm / 5' 11"
2nr berths. There is a double sofa bed. The cover is quite worn, but can be replaced.
