Widebeam Barge built by Collingwood in 2014. Cabriole IV is for sale with residential mooring at South Dock Marina (SE16).

This one cabin barge is finished to a high standard and ready to move in. Have been very happy here in this lovely community for 10 years but we are leaving London so time to sell. It is set up as a static residential vessel. You could cruise it but electrics etc all set up for permanent connection to shore power.

The bathroom has a good sized shower compartment and macerator toilet connected to large holding tank

The barge was new in 2014, hull was surveyed and reblacked MAY 2024. Full survey is available to interested parties at a viewing. Engine was serviced in 2024 as she was driven from surrey quays to CORBY DOCK for hull painting and survey. She is fitted with a Sterling Power battery charger/inverter. Heating is electric radiators but a solid fuel burner could be easily installed.

Externally, paintwork is in good condition. The Buffalo board over the engine bay was replaced in 2023.

The residential mooring at South Dock Marina is fully transferable. Walking to London Underground: Surrey Quays (10 mins) Canada Water (20 mins). There is a 10% transfer fee (of the sale price) to transfer the mooring. Current mooring fees are roughly £8,676 per annum. The marina can confirm any fees in advance of purchase.
