2012 Lagoon 400 now lying in the South of France.
This Lagoon 400 found is excellent condition, and very well specified.
Specification highlights include 40Hp Yanmar engines, Onan Generator, Solar Panels, Wind Generator, Water maker, New Victron Lithium batteries, new Inverter, 3 blade Flex-o-fold propellers, Raymarine Navigation equipment (Plotters, Radar, AIS, Autopilot), 4 Electric winches, New Genoa, Highfield 3.4m tender with Honda 20Hp outboard, Liferaft, 8 Lifejackets and an Epirb.
Owner's comments:
The boat condition is very good (really), it has never been chartered and the first owner kept it for 5 years, the second 2 years.
Apart for minimal age wear (very minimal) it is in pristine condition.
I polished and wax it completely as well 2 months ago
The old antifouling was sanded and I applied 2 coats of primer and 2 of new Micron 350 antifouling plus another 2 on all the most exposed parts of the hull (bow, front of the quiles and the rudders, and saildrives.
I do have all the invoices for the work done on it and/or the equipment Added.
I did service the engines and sail drives has well as the dinghy outboard.
The oil of both engines were analised and showed no un-normal wear. (Oil analysis available upon request)
