Queen of the Isle is currently a two double bedroom widebeam canal boat offered on a residential mooring in Canary Wharf, London (subject to transfer fee).
Entering through the stern into the first of two double bedrooms with a en-suite shower room with toilet, the room is bright and spacious with lots of storage, in the centre of the boat you find a well fitted Kitchen diner, with all the mod cons next to the kitchen is a cosy living area with enough space for a settee and tv unit. In the bow we find the second double bedroom also with en-suite shower room with toilet and again like the other has lots of space and storage.
Queen of the isle is on a fully transferable mooring which costs around £11,500 per year, this includes council tax, Wi-Fi, laundry, water rates, gated entry marina with security.
The mooring benefits from a fantastic community with lots of people to give advice and help, a large community BBQ area with lots of seating for friends, a separate toilet/shower facility with laundry room all of which are free to use. There is also a car parking space here at £670 per year extra.
