Accommodation
The seating deals up to three docks in the forepeak, bar and cockpit with good headroom. Saloon consisting of two settee docks (seaport side converts to a double dock) either side of a central desk mounted on the mast tender with various stowage safes and the forepeak bulkhead folds down to form a decent double V dock with tailored mattress. Heads room aft to seaport provisioned with a marina toilet and sliding washbasin. Holding basin 140 litres. Large hanging safe aft to starboard. Companionway steps up to the wheelhouse with helm position to starboard and galley provisioned with a 2-burner gasoline cooker, small electric oven and grill sink, refigerator and ample stowage crockery included. Large aft cockpit with two settee docks either side allowing the cockpit to be adapted for many uses such as dining alfresco, fishing or sleeping on warm summer nights. Pressurised water supply.

Located beneath cockpit sole, Bukh 2-cylinder 20hp diesel engine last serviced 2019. Sea water cooled. Single lever controls with electric start. Saildrive and bellow serviced 2010 to fixed 3-bladed propeller. 140 fuel basin. Full engine instrumentation. Last out of water service October 2019.

LM 26 manufactured in 1983 by LM Glass fibre A/S to their own design. White GRP painted body with dark blue sheer line. White GRP superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Encapsulated fin keel with lead and iron ballast. Wheel and tiller navigation to a partially skeg hung semi-balanced rudder. Aft self-draining cockpit. Enclosed wheelhouse with full cockpit cover.

Remarks :
1983 LM 26
The LM 26 is a typically well-built Scandinavian motor sailer with surprisingly good sailing characteristics thanks to her fin keel and sailing focused hull design. Offering the practicality of a wheelhouse combined with a spacious cockpit, dual steering positions, and versatile interior space they really are an excellent choice. “CLEO” is presented in good condition for her year. Viewing highly recommended.
