She benefits from a fin keel, with a transom hung rudder, with a self-draining cockpit and anchor well. She was last out of the water in October 2024 when the hull was polished, anodes changed, antifouled, engine service, and sail drive diaphragm replaced. This vessel also benefits from a recently serviced Volvo Engine with approximately 1,000hrs, a newly installed sail drive diaphragm, an array of navigation equipment including a Simrad chart plotter with integrated radar, Seatalk depth gauge, speed/log, wind speed/direction indicator, Raymarine VHF and Autopilot. She combines safe, comfortable spacious accommodation and a good-sized wheelhouse and cockpit with great sailing performance, and is well suited for families or even longer distance sailors. The owner has enjoyed the vessel for the last 22 years and is selling due to retiring from sailing. She was last surveyed for insurance purposes in 2002.

She is fitted with a 3 cylinder, 28hp Volvo Penta D1-30 diesel engine (1,000 hours use), paired with a sail drive and a three-bladed fixed propeller. This engine was last serviced by the owner in October 2024, and the sail drive diaphragm was last changed in October 2024. The starter motor was also replaced in October 2024. Fuel is provided by a 100-litre capacity stainless-steel tank, with propulsion controlled by a single lever Morse control in the wheelhouse. She has 3 x 12-volt batteries (1 x engine battery (new in 2024) + 2 x domestic batteries (new in 2024)). All batteries are charged from the engine alternator and a 240V battery charger via the 240V shore power ring main system which also has a 240v hot water immersion heater attached. Hot water is provided by a calorifier water heater and 240v immersion heater. This vessel also benefits from a 200 litre fresh water capacity. The open plan saloon features an offset passageway forward on the port side and a centrally positioned drop-leaf table. A traditional bench-style seating runs along both port and starboard side. The saloon offers ample storage with a variety of compartments and under-settee lockers on both sides. These two settees also convert into single berths. The galley is located within the wheelhouse to the port side, and features a single stainless-steel sink equipped with pressurised hot & cold water. The wheelhouse also offers a single helm seat to starboard with engine controls and navigational aids. Located under the helm seat is a quarter berth cabin, with under berth storage. Moving to the stern of the vessel a rear cockpit offers bench seating to both port and starboard with a tiller to allow a greater feeing of control when under sail.
