This is Marmalade , she’s a ex military vessel built by Fairlies in 1956.
I have many pictures, it belongs to a friend of mine but I know this vessel well, I’ve been right through it a few years back .
Now the hull is double diagonal planking with teak on oak.
She’s strong but personally as a shipwright I would strip the deck boards ply it and grp the lot while it’s dry and new then gell coat it giving you a completely water tight deck.
