All boats listed are sold on a secure residential mooring unless otherwise stated. It is, of course, your responsibility to introduce yourself to the mooring or marina owners to discuss continuation of the mooring. Most residential moorings are secure areas with mains electric and water provided, mooring fees for a secure residential mooring tend to be between £1 and £2 per foot of length per week.
