The current owners have lived on this boat for 8 years. Please note it is a Project boat, viewing is recommended. The boat is sufficiently large that (as they have done) there is room to live on it whilst working on it. An ability to weld would be a distinct advantage.

We would reiterate that Kouros Ace is a project and not currently in the water! However, she is very spacious and has much potential to the right person
It is 52 ft long, with a beam of 15ft. 8 inches. The air draft is believed to be 21ft. The hull was last surveyed in 2015 by the previous owner, copy is available.

A Perkins V8, 510 Engine is fitted which runs but needs core plugs, also fitted is a 20Kva single phase generator powered by a Ford 4 D engine 20.

The current owner informs us that an upgraded version Perkins 540 V8 is available by separate negotiation, offers in the region of £500 ovno.

This project live aboard is a phenomenal vessel for the current price. It was built by
Fishguard Marine Ltd. We believe this steel Trawler Yacht was the only one they built during 1981-85. The decks are very spacious and are a great addition during the summer months. The current owners had many BBQ's on the fore deck; it really is a great space to entertain.

There is also a rear deck which is about 3×4 meters. As you can imagine in the summer, after a BBQ watching the sun set over the river, with its background of red cliffs and trees is truly beautiful and memorable.

Subject to the boatyards approval you may stay on Kouros Ace whilst you work on it. Currently there is no shower on the site. However, there is a lavatory, an Elsan disposal point, electricity and fresh water. A washing machine and an outside shower will come with the boat.

The galley is equipped with: a LPG gas oven, five burner hob and dish washer, with pressurised cold water at the galley sink.

There is no panelling inside, however there is foam insulation in the living quarters.

There is nothing hidden what you see is what you get its not one of those boats that looks really pretty until you start to strip it out.

During the past 8 years and the current owners have done a lot of work replacing decks and internal supports, blasting inside adding ribs and new scupper holes. Indeed until recently the owners were still working on it.

Kouros Ace is only for sale due to a change in the owner’s circumstances. They have reduced her from £21,000 to £12,000. As a quick sale is required, therefore, will not accept offers.

Storage is £1 per ft per week plus VAT and is payable quarterly in advance. Subject to boatyard approval.

The owners have a lot of parts available, including a 9-kw hydro water heater and twin coil Stainless Steel Calorifier purchased over the years for Kouros Ace . All available by negotiation
