A beautifully presented 60x12 boat with two cabins and a great mooring location within the basin, this is a great liveaboard for a couple or family. Built by Collingwood Boats in 2015, the boat is ready to move straight into and has the best layout for the space on offer. Both cabins have double beds and there is loads of storage throughout.

The boat was blacked in 2018 and has been well cruised by the current owner. They have added solar panels which come in very useful away from the home berth.

Fitted with pram and cratch covers at stern and bow give you extra storage options and make these spaces usable all year round.

The residential mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable (5% transfer fee) and is one of London's most desirable marinas with good facilities and a strong community. Current mooring fees are £9,750 per annum. The boat is zero rated for VAT.
